The bite alarms communicate with your phone using Bluetooth Low Energy. If a phone is connected to the Vampire bite alarm via Bluetooth, that phone can share the bite alerts over the internet, so you can be notified of bites from anywhere in the world.

Absolutely! During calls, in Do Not Disturb mode, and even while listening to music through a speaker, we lower the volume at bite time so you never miss a bite.

The Bluetooth range is approximately 100 meters without obstacles or obstructions. If you need a greater range, use our unlimited range feature.

First, turn on the bite alarms and enable Bluetooth on your phone. On first use, press the pairing button in the app to connect to your bite alarm. After that, your phone will connect automatically every time.
